This is a new benefit that MediSmart makes available to its members. The main goal is to guide you through any problem or answer any health-related questions, via telephone assistance from a general practitioner.
Call us at 2528-5400, from anywhere in the country. English spoken. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
A general practitioner is available to offer basic medical care guidance. Please note, this should not be considered an official medical consultation, and for this reason cannot used to issue tests or prescribe medications.
Our physicians will answer your questions and will also carry out an initial evaluation, based on information provided by you, in order to provide further recommendations.
This medical evaluation is not appropriate in the case of serious emergencies; in this case, you will be referred to the nearest health facility.
What is the Cost?
This service is included, free of charge, as part of the MediSmart medical plan.
